Karen Losego, DPT Karen Losego, DPT, is a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy, bowel and bladder dysfunction, antepartum and postpartum care, sacroiliac (SI) dysfunction, back pain, and lymphedema management. She is an expert in the use of electrical stimulation and biofeedback, including rectal balloon therapy. Karen earned both her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh.
