Caveat Emptor

Caveat Emptor. They upholstered one piece of my nine piece sectional for me and did a very low quality job. They did not recreate the styling of my original piece. I paid a premium price for a something that the kids at the local VoTech could have done. The seams don't line up, the backs don't meet, the foot rest doesn't fully extend, it's extremely over-stuffed and doesn't match the other pieces of my sectional, that the led me to believe they would replicate. They did not even bother to sew a seam on the end. they just wrapped the fabric around and tacked it down like a 1950's vinyl chair. They refused to provide input in the fabric selection process. They made me choose by myself. They should have had me order in large pieces of a few possible fabrics to make a more informed decision, but they didn't offer that to me. And I had never reupholstered anything before, and didn't know I could do that. I uploaded pictures, please look at these before you entrust them with your work.
